Two young scientists put voluntarily into hibernation in the 1980s wake up in 2044 in a world ruled exclusively by women. The male race has disappeared after a nuclear catastrophe and the world is ruled by the uncompromising League of Women. Facing abuse from their guards, the two men will do anything to save their skin and, of course, to restore the male population (and possibly its domination ...)
"Sexmission" is the most popular Polish comedy of all time and remains a true cult film 30 years after its release. It has also been seen as a fine satire of communist power.
